Apprenticeships are important to industries like ours as they are a great way for people to learn a skilled trade as well as to develop vital skills which will help them throughout their career.
They also ensure that in the future we have a good workforce of skilled technicians.
Morgan has joined us through the Jobs Growth Wales scheme & we’re happy to report that early signs suggest he has all the makings of a great electrican.
