We’ve been hard at work putting the final touches to this beautiful extension. The house itself is in a stunning location beside a lake in the Cheshire countryside & the client wanted a stylish interior to emphasise this.
The brief:-
To design & complete the full electrical installation works during build of new extension/orangery & finish to a high standard. Design & install garden & courtyard lighting to illuminate property exterior.
The project:-
- Installation of garden / exterior lighting to include spike lighting, decking LED’s, flood lighting
- Integrate additional wireless intruder alarm PIR with existing system
- Install SWA cable to 3 seperate areas of courtyard to feed new lighting
- Full electrical installation in new extension / orangery
- Install supply & control gear for skylight
- Wire & install new spot light fittings
- Connect up LED strip lighting in eaves
- Network/data cabling installation
- Smoke / carbon monoxide detection with radio bases
- Wiring for surround sound
